Getting started

Where do I put my phone?

Floor mode: screen up, on the floor right under your face, top edge toward your head. Back mode: flat on your mid-back, screen up. Tap Start, wait out the 3-second countdown, and begin.

Floor mode doesn’t count (or counts too much)

Floor mode needs a Face ID iPhone and camera permission (it measures distance only; nothing is recorded). Make sure the phone is directly under your face and that you dip noticeably each rep. If the depth camera is unavailable, the app shows a notice and falls back to the proximity sensor, which only triggers within about 2–3 cm of the top edge of the screen. You can always tap the number to add a rep.

Back mode misses reps

Put the phone flat in the middle of your back and keep a steady rhythm; very slow or very shallow reps may be too small to detect. Tap the number to correct the count.

How does a session end?

Automatically after 8 seconds with no rep, or when you press and hold “Hold to end”. Sessions with zero reps are not saved.

Your data

Where are my workouts stored?

Only on your iPhone, inside the app. They are not uploaded anywhere and are removed if you delete the app. See the Privacy Policy.

Why does the app ask for camera / motion / photos?

Camera: measure distance in Floor mode (no recording). Motion: detect body movement in Back mode. Photos: save share cards when you tap Save (add only). You can change these in Settings → ONEUP.

Can I change the language?

The app follows your iPhone language: Chinese (Simplified) or English.

Purchases

How do I restore or manage a purchase?

Use “Restore Purchases” in the app, or manage subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
