Push-ups,
counted for you.

Put your phone on the floor under your face, or on your back. ONEUP counts every push-up automatically — then saves it and gives you a one-tap share card.

Open it. Train. Done.

  1. Pick a mode and tap Start. A 3-second countdown gives you time to get in position.
  2. Push. Every rep is counted and read out loud. Tap the number to add one by hand if you ever need to.
  3. Stop whenever. After 8 seconds without a rep the session ends and saves itself. No save button.

Two ways to count

FLOOR

Phone on the floor

Face-up, right under your face. The front depth camera measures how far you dip — you don’t have to touch the screen. Needs a Face ID iPhone.

BACK

Phone on your back

Rest it on your mid-back. The motion sensors pick up your body rising and falling, and you just listen to the count.

Just what you need

Automatic counting

Voice count, haptics, and a live bar that shows how close you are to your best.

Stats

Week and month views, streaks, best set, and time per rep so you can see when you slow down.

Share card

One tap makes a clean card with your number. Share it or save it to Photos.
