These terms apply to your use of the ONEUP app and this website. By using the app you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the Apple Media Services Terms and the usage rules in the App Store. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the app.
Exercise safely
ONEUP is a counting tool, not medical or coaching advice. Exercise within your limits and talk to a doctor if you have a health condition. Place your phone where it cannot fall or be stepped on. You use the app at your own risk.
Counting accuracy
Counting relies on your phone’s sensors and can miss or add a rep depending on placement, surface, clothing and movement. You can correct the count by tapping the number. We do not guarantee the count is exact.
Paid features
If the app offers paid features or subscriptions, they are purchased through your Apple ID, priced as shown in the App Store, and managed — including refunds, cancellation and renewal — by Apple in your Apple ID account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can restore past purchases in the app.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for injury arising from use of the app.
